Taken on 13/11, half way along the video a dog pup 'jumps' at the camera!

As you can see, being quiet and keeping still is a thing of the past, soon I will have to keep the flap up at the entrance to the box, and the puppy pen will go up in the utility room to prevent them getting into places they shouldn't.
Happy little bunch aren't they? very chunky and all are developing at the same rate, a very even and balanced litter. They started their 1st worming programme yesterday, and will be wormed again today and tomorrow, they also had their nails trimmed for the 1st time.

Ha Ha they are mobile , LOL. Puppy pen going up soon so they can't get into the spaces they shouldn't, and new collars should be here Monday.

First solid food, Fish for dogs well soaked and mashed, they loved it...still no collars though :-(

Now being fed 4 times a day, have 2 feed bowls but used one for the camera. Obviously the pet names make it easy for us to distinguish them. The theme this litter was the magic roundabout....The pink girl Ermentrude lived up to her name of being dizzy as after I had finished filming she zipped around the box

Long video, tried to capture them all, due to 'puppy antics' gold collared Basil, and silver collared Florence, have been replaced with new colours. Florence now has a light blue collar on and Basil now has a magenta coloured collar on....and I have bought plenty of each colour!

The sire of the litter is Show Champion Morganna Millerson JW (aka Jay), hip-score 7-3=10, pictured below.
Jay is by Morganna Marakesh, who is the sire of a number of Champions in the UK and abroad. His breeding lines are a good mix of show and working lines, going back to Full Champion Morganna Mozart, Challenge Certificate winner at Crufts who also had field trail results to give him is full title.

Jay also has an out cross to the top winning Dutch kennel, 'Greynoble'.

I chose Jay because not only is he a dog who fits the standard of what a weimaraner should be, I wanted to introduce new lines into my kennel. As can be seen from his backgroung, his working ability should match that of Alice's background, to produce  puppies of good 'breed type' , temperament, working ability and conformation.

The puppies will be LEGALLY DOCKED, with all relevant paperwork, dew-claws removed and will be micro-chipped.

 As I am a kennel club accredited breeder you can be sure that you get the best service and I ensure that every effort is put into producing outstanding dogs, whether for show, work and family pets.

Alice has a fantastic personality. She has excellent conformation, correct bite, ear length, coat colour and bone, which one would expect in a dog from the Sireva Kennel. 
Alice has a beautiful nature and is a much loved family member. Only shown now on rare
occassions due to my committments with my other dogs, she spends her time being a great
mother to her own offspring, and a surrogate one to any young dog who comes to join us.
Not at all gunshy, she will retrieve game to hand,
but she does have a fondness for rabbits in particular, again presented unmarked.
A keen swimmer, she will enter water from all types of banks, and will swim even in the coldest of temperatures. Very responsive to the whistle.
In the house she is very laid back, and has a fantastic internal alarm clock, I know exactly when it is
7am and 5pm, in other words feeding time.

 She has a great working background behind her, both her parents are shot over
regularly, and her mother, Sireva Steph Cook is the first weimaraner to be awarded
the  Gundog Working Certificate. Her Grandmother, Ch Sireva Valderamma is a full Champion,
achieved by obtaining her Show Gundog Working Certificate as well as being a show champion. Used regularly as a picking up dog, she has a good nose and is a determined worker.
 
All of Alice's parents have been hip-scored, with excellent results.

Alice had her 1st litter on 7th December 2009.

In that litter we decided to keep a bitch called Mina, Katelands Christmas Spirit.

Mina is the dog you have always dreamed of breeding.She has Alice's fantastic personality, looks and temperament.
Not only that she war the RUNNER UP WEIMARANER PUPPY 2008.
CRUFTS winner 2009 and 2010. CRUFTS qualified for life.
The YOUNGEST JUNIOR WARRANT bitch holder to date, at 8 months and 3 weeks old.

1 Reserve Best In Show.
Countless wins at Championship level.

We mated Alice for the second time to Sh Ch Khamsynn Call My Bluff JW Show CM.He is the grandson of Mina's Father, Sireva Twister.
Again the litter was outstanding, and we kept a bitch puppy.

Buffy, Katelands Coupe De Ville, on the right, with Alice on the left. Although not shown as a puppy due to being badly mauled by 3 Great Dane dogs whose owner had let them off their leads, she has had a good 2011, bouncing back and Qualifying for CRUFTS 2012.
