- Tamworth Open Show 18th July 2009 Poppy wins Puppy and Best Puppy in Breed (6 entries) Judge Pat Butler-Holly.
- East of England Championship Show 11th July Poppy is awarded 2nd Puppy bitch by judge Gordon Haran (Magregor).
- Windsor Championship Show 2nd June Poppy is awarded reserve puppy bitch and 3rd novice bitch judge Frank Kane.
- 20th June 2009 at Border Union Championship Show Poppy is awarded 2nd in puppy bitch (& entries) and 1st in Novice bitch. Judge John Thirwell (Ferndell).
- 14th June 2009 at the GSPC Championship show Poppy is awarded 3rd place in Minor Puppy and Puppy Bitch by judge M Hathaway.
- 13th June 2009 at the GSPC Championship weekend Poppy wins 4th place in the retrieving test!
- 31st May 2009 at Shropshire Gundog Open Show Poppy won Best Puppy in Breed and Reserve Best of Breed by judge Mary McBurnie (Stonesview). She was shortlisted for Best Puppy in Show by judge Gordon Williams (Bournehouse).
- 17th May 2009 at Coventry and District Open Show Poppy won puppy (3 entries) and was awarded Best Puppy in Breed and Reserve Best of Breed by judge Bryn Williams (Wyndsmoor). Michael Quinney the judged the Gundog Puppy Group and Poppy Won the Puppy Gundog Group out of 12 other breeds !
- 16th May 2009 at Redditch Open Show Poppy won puppy (4 entries) and Best Puppy in Breed
- 26th April 2009, at W.E.L.K.S Championship Show Poppy won 1st place in Minor Puppy Bitch ( 11 entries) and Puppy bitch ( 9 entries) and was Best Puppy Bitch judged by breed specialist Ruby Field (Deepthatch).
- Nuneaton and District Open Show April 2009, Poppy came 4th out of 8 entries in the puppy class and 3rd out of 6 entries in the Post Graduate Class. Judge Jinty Gill-Davis
